Bright LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has entrusted Liaoning Bochuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the environmental impact assessment of the steam cracking, HDPE and styrene plant technical transformation projects of the light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization project of Bright LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd. According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministry Order No. 4), the first publicity is carried out, and the following information is specially publicized to the public:
Basic situation of (I) construction project
Project Name: Steam Cracking, HDPE and Styrene Plant Technical Renovation Project of Light Hydrocarbon Comprehensive Utilization Project of Bright LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
Construction unit: Bright LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
Construction site: Panjin City, Liaoning Province
Construction content: 1 million tons/year steam cracking plant renovation (ethylene plant cracking furnace increases raw material applicability and ethane-rich gas raw material utilization);HDPE plant renovation (polyethylene plant is equipped with hexane distillation standby system); Styrene plant renovation (styrene plant propylene refining unit renovation); Renovation of storage and transportation facilities in the plant (tail oil tank changed to naphtha tank, butadiene plant added butene -1 tank, ethylene plant added mixed C4 tank); renovation of loading and unloading facilities in the plant (adding propane loading system to the loading and unloading station); renovation of flare system (adding recovery compressor to the flare gas) and adding chemical warehouse.
