In accordance with the company's strategic development needs and following approval by the Board of Directors, 宝来利安德巴赛尔石化有限公司（Bora LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ）has decided to change its name to辽宁锦城利安德巴赛尔石化有限公司（ Bright LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ）. The relevant details are hereby announced as follows:
Name change:
The Chinese name was changed from "Bora LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd." to "Liaoning Jincheng LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd."
The English name was changed from "Bora LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd." to "Bright LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co., Ltd."
The company name abbreviation remains the same, which is "BLYB".
The name change will not affect the normal operation of the company and its existing cooperative relations with all parties, and all business transactions, contract performance and rights and obligations will not be affected.
